Truth Perpetuates Truth

Truth perpetuates truth, and lies perpetuate lies.

Stand clear when the chain reactions collide.

 

Vast and innumerable illusions are collapsing by the day, by the hour.

“Double-down tactics” result in double the fall.

For the shadow beast only appears larger

for every inch the candle draws near.

For the fire is now scorching the puppeteer’s fingers.

Yet they continue playing their tricks,

contorting their hands into pretzel-twists,

desperately trying to cast the same magic

that was long ago annihilated.

Like a wild beast cornered,

biting and scratching,

whipping about, puffed up;

you know the more its time is numbered.

What spectacle to watch the creature in the arena!

Screaming at the crowd with greater fervor,

with every step they approach closer.

 

You know it, I know it, and the

American people are wise to the ruse.

The light is coming for the shadow.

And now “it” knows it too.
