"Expending His Energy to Promote Your Power."

Rambling on a Future: Part II

Yes. This is, you, Monsanto, have paradise in your hands. Possible agrarian societal, technological, world peace. Plentry for all with a little legwork. The answer to our “Energy – > Food” problem. It’s what you’ve been doing so far, to use science for the betterment of all. Right now you could help IMMEASURABLY, probably, certainly to a percent, awaken a future world of peace and abundance with the flick of your wrists.

The later in the life of the project, the more difficult it becomes to finish. Art goes this way. The longer it takes, the more difficult it gets. It will make you question your path, the intent behind the project, your figure or your subject. At some point, are you going to switch from the path you’d began with because it is “easier”? Don’t switch, don’t follow the path of least resistance. You are not a lightning bolt. Finish it. (Unless you’re a super badass bolt that strikes in straight lines. I suppose that would be analogous.)

So what if it’s hard?

Dear Amon Amarth,

We tried to make it look like home for you. What do you think? [OooOOoooOOooo]

Sincerely,

It is 4:53 in the morning and I just lit a spliff. Why? Because I’m on a tear. Because I feel good. Because there is a life out there besides mine, and it has just, once again though not often enough, invited my partaking. I am in love. There is no world beside imaginable in which such given so well. Oh it’s been ages!

Glad I’ve got a weather map to see again. Weather radar is one of the most amazing things ever created. Bravo sirs! Bravi, bravi! Years it seems since there’s been that feeling. I used to watch the weather channel, when it first came out, back when I was 8. It was wonderful. I loved to watch the maps and progressions. The forecasts. The exaplanations. Why is this weather system cropping up? Because there is pressure getting higher in this area, and there is moisture over here, and the prevailing winds are pushing these forces together, and when you have a mix like that, you have the ingredients for a storm, kind of like making a good stew with the best mixings. It’s nice when you can see how they come together, that is when you’re the chef. The palate of the consumer is quite different. It’s like the difference between the maker and the user. Bringing those two things together, bringing those disparate, at the far ends of the spectrum, finding a middle ground from which they both meet. I love it. To cook and to eat.

So a picture comes up and reminds that one must take the words given to oneself. That the things you might say to another, that would be “instruction”, be given as much to oneself. To think! It’s a difficult proposition when you see that you’re not so perfect. That doing such requires the… how you say… questioning your own motives and beliefs. At some point, you have to realize that there is no more questioning of yourself, that there is no more worth to second-guessing. That you must do as you feel and were meant to do. For the betterment of… IRREGARDLESS. Is that a word? Question and return, and question and return, and reference, and question and reference. How long til it makes sense? How long til reached the point of no reference? Where to do is to be, and where to be is no longer in question?

Reflexive thoughts of no final utility but to yourself. How much are they worth? These are thoughts. You are them, no? If not, what?

“Open like what? Like a child’s mind… you start talking… open to the state of just being. Ain’t no questions, ain’t no time of the day. Tore it wide open. Know how to shut it down.” – The Crystal Method [Legion of Boom], *Wide Open*.

The party’s over. How’s that for shutting it down?

I will say that the Times article about millenials I just read a smigdeon: what are you getting at? Don’t dance around with ideas again, you just keep regurgitating the same shit. We need real answers here, not, “we might want to start-“. Us millenials, you’re right, are the most educated generation in history. That’s right! Isn’t that amazing! Holy shit! I’m damn proud and happy to be one of the most educated in history. We all should be! And dammit, what have we been required to do? Just a bunch of shit that no one with a proper education, these new abilities, and how are we being utilized? To serve coffee at best. Worse, more likely, doing a repetitive job that could just as well be done by a robot. It’s happening soon enough, this is our technological destiny, our want to create a better future, one lacking the work that has occupied our time, one with that much more leisure, to “not needing to work”. Unemployment is often enough a good thing. We ought to be happy that we’ve reached points where we are more free? Few more questions. Here’s the bottom line: We have a surplus, we have, we are a plethora of brilliant people. OUR GENERATION. Say what you will about religion, about geography, where you grew up, politics… We are a generation.

Oh and by the way, if we didn’t have such an addiction to fossil fuels, we would not have to fuck with other coutries in the mideast. Get our soldiers killed for greed. And fuck with sovereign nations.

*****

In times of abundance, unemployment is a natural thing. And it is good.

Fine, you wanna go? Say goodbye then. Go find somebody else, someone you can live with, someone who cares more for you than their own, someone besides me, and you know, and I know, the differences we got, we happen to be. You’re waiting for what? I’m who you see, and you’re honest, that’s amazing. It does not work for you? Well, that’s legit. That’s some legit shit. Not gonna say otherwise, in an attempt to see where you’re seeing, difficulty to be with. Say la vi. (phonetic).

I want to be writing to this music, to be writing to this beat, to be touching on this musical com. Or to be singing with. She just broke up with me tonight!@ What am I to do, knowing she’s right, on my own difficulties, who can blame her. It’s okay! I seen it coming, and I knew that we weren’t forever. Who could say as much? If you, good deal, but hey, if you been observing around here, you’d say as much. Observation purposes, that is. So I seen it coming. Of course she did too, being the one to say as much, between the two of us. But too obvious, all along the line. What can I say? We ain’t right ultimate.

Sometimes I wonder whether or not Leonardo or Michelangelo read Plato’s Republic. They would have found an apt description of themselves in his “Democratic Man”, though they were surely not living within anything even in the same ball park as democracy. They lived under an aristocracy (with a Catholic theocracy next door). And it was tight. There wasn’t a whole lotta room for individuals to exercise their political will, that is, if you were anyone but born into it, you were out of the loop. Some worked their way through, like Machiavelli. He seemed to have been advisor to many folks, those in power, but managed to keep himself at a slight enough distance from actually pulling the strings that he was able to slide by, while still providing his thoughts. I wonder sometimes if Dante was not in the same position, but pushed a little hard, resulting in his exile. What was the cause of that? Who really did it, and what did he say to cause that? Odd punishment… odd when you consider what crime would have done. Sounds like a personal thing, you know? Course, hell, the French did it too. Always political, seems to be the factor, but seriously a good punishment in that sense. They can’t shut you up as well from jail. You can wail all day to whoever! Unless it’s solitary. Oh… oh what a crime. The punishment, by itself, can be so much more than the crime. THAT IS INJUSTICE. That is something to fight.

*****

We have these things that we know are good for our present and for our future, to do these things, and the excuses seem to keep coming, that “it does not work with our economy” or “the political will is not strong enough” or (the dreaded) “people won’t do that”. In the case that the economics are insufficient or the politics are lacking or there aren’t enough leaders out there or the people don’t have the power. These are the words of cowards. Did I just say that? Yikes, it’s not that much, not to call ‘nother yella, but sometimes ya gotta do it. I’m sick of hearing that shit. It’s weak shit. We need to change the systems that don’t allow these things. That’s a project in and amongst itself, maybe the largest project we can understand. How we protect the general people the world or country or nation over, and protect the individual freedoms that we all so much love, that or in addition to, allowing people to flourish, because really “allowing is all that is necessary”, just to allow. Unemployment is a good thing during a time of abundance. That is how you start a golden age. We are at the precipice. It’s a possible future. No shit.

*****

I just wanna say that it’s okay if you want to watch me, who can blame you; seriously, I’m the most interesting thing there is around here. That’s the point, and a point I keep butting up against. The possibility that I might be watched. I don’t care who it is that is watching, don’t make no difference to me, can’t blame ya for wanting to watch. Hell, I’d do the same if there was someone like me on the telly. There are a few who are good, and I listen to them whenever I get the chance. You glorious bastards. Love ya! And here I am doing whatever the hell it is I’m doing. All that I feel to be to be all one can. “Be all you can be”. What happened to that slogan? Where’d it go? Such a good thing to be woken up in the morning to. Hell yes. And yet? No, passed over for some other more marketable line.

What I want to say is this: that my life is so damned interesting, that I encourage anyone and everyone to see what’s going on over here. Spying on me? Fine. Accepted. Would be nice if there were some openess about that fact, however. That there were a bit of feedback. It feels pretty shitty to do what one does and receive nothing in return. It’s deceptive and cruel, and it might have some negatives that cannot even be quantified, that those out there might try to make sense of but. There may be more to this than you’ve thought.

All things being equal… Let’s think about that for a second. If all things were equal, purely in the “thought experiment” variety, you might see a number of strange things. And yet they follow through! They are mathematically moreso than naught. It’s a strange thing to see that the astrology that you knew of and followed or the homeopathy or the telepathy… they have varying degrees of import. “All things being equal” works enough biologically, for those that utilize the placebo effect. It’s real! How do you explain that? There is, actually, an explanation, and it begins with “all things being equal”.

Seems that when it comes to any other country (as Russia is now), invading a sovereign nation, we cannot in good conscience denounce the activity when we do as much ourselves, and across the world at that, when the prickly pears of international relations make things sticky, we are doing the black and white wrong while condemning the gray.

If it has not been said before, though I think it has, we can do without federal income tax. It does not need to be as complicated as it is. It is unnecessarily stupid to utilize a tax upon a currency that is created by the very government that requires that tax. If you want to talk austerity, we can talk austerity. It’s a fiat currency. We are not financing a government based on gold from prehistory here. We are talking an invented, ethereal currency that is useful for its function as “ethereal” and “invented”. That’s why the stock market has been so god damned profitable. Because, at least for as long as I’ve been alive, that is what the currency has been, and that is what has happened with the markets. They operate through an understanding that is “fluid”. That’s the point. That’s why it’s useful. Because we can have operational control of it. And that is why it is so powerful, and that we should use it correctly, for the betterment of all, and of these betterments, creating renewable energy is on the top of the list. We can use this fluid, “on paper only” currency, to alter in a best way our economy. This is an incredible tool, but we gotta use it right.

It’s like knowing you have a bazooka, explosive ordinance type shit, and using it to steal food from everyone. But it’s not a bazooka, it’s rather something more. It “could” be a bazooka. It “could” be a universal seed. It “could” be a tonic. It “could” be a sanctuary. It “could” be the catalyst for something more. It could be the tool we use to make a global beautific utopia. Why deny the possibility? Always the denial… always the denial… Trust it as a tool. That’s the trust required. That’s all you gotta give.

I could say more, but it is 4:05 in the morning, and I should probably get to sleep or at least get closer to it.

It seems that with each puff of an e-cig (which we need a better name for these things: electry-tabachy, the rocket fuel, the blue lamp, the steamliner, the funkytown steamer, the black bomber) one extends one’s life. (For the smoker, that is.)

*****

And yet it seems that growth in GDP is mainly useful as a competitive measure between countries. Otherwise, it’s not really relevant compared to other factors of a harmonious society, of which we ought to update, which starts with usage of fossil fuels/economic activity/water use/#people fed and clothed and sheltered X megawatt creation(solar, wind, hydroelectric, geothermal, biofuel, [nuclear?]).

*****

Oh by the way, we need leaders around here … oh yeah … well that’s what I’m saying … you gotta quit thinking like a slave …

So, the question is this: “Does a healthy person require medical attention?” If no, and surely any right minded conscious person would say, then this thing is true [other things true as well, requires analysis]:

*Advertising of medical products is counterproductive and self-sickening (based on placebo effect, that is, the ultimate reason behind hypochondria [which, again, power of suggestion, a basic psychological trait]).

*****

Speaking of taxes: it seems that we may not need them, so long as we create our own currency and set policy. You would still need to levy some taxes for other portions of government, in our present system, meaning local and state governments. These organizations require the ability to levy taxes for our local betterment. Our choice to do as we wish to a certain extent.

But in the meanwhile, any national government, any federal body, that is, THE federal body that issues the currency for which we use in our daily lives, be it paper (or fiat) currency, need not collect taxes, for it prints the money of itself. Period. This being the case, that we use paper money, and we use this money printed by the federal treasury, and there is no longer a gold standard, or anything real to back up this shared, agreed utility; it stands to reason that there is no reason, whatsoever, for there to be any federal taxes upon individuals.

The treasury can print what it likes for the functioning of the federal government: it can spend as much as it wants, knowing only that inflation will increase with every payout. But that inflation is manageable, and if the rate at which it is comfortable, which is a rate we can observe either now or in our recent past, is not too fast nor too slow, and keeps up with advancing experience in work, and reflects a healthy growth of useful industries, then we ought to change our tax policy. Put the federal reserve under oversight, and the jurisdiction of the people. Useful in its present state, as a bureacracy with established lines of communication, and many individuals knowledgable about monetary policy, with connections to the heart of it. And to assuage a shift in priorities.

Well, we gotta wrap this up. We’ve been through shows and theories and learning and debating and arguing and determination and persperation; wild speculations and awry expectations, worldly conversations and responsive applications, heavy affirmations and curious obligations, willful animations and intended complications, strange reputations and juried exhorations, loud proclamations and static resolutions, vain repetitions and strained observations and proud renditions and intergalactivariapensivacumericandalabromniparavestibunaffluenzerovelations!
